Mystery Parcel

Promo periods run daily from 09:00 AM ET until 11:59 PM ET from May 26 until June 1, 2025.

To participate in the promotion you must open an eligible slot during the promotional period. Select the Join button on the in-game pop-up to register.

If you choose Join, you will opt in to the promotion for the duration of the promotional period. You must then stake a minimum of $0.40 on eligible slots to qualify for the Mystery Parcel and the chance to win Spins and cash prizes.

If you choose 'No Thanks' on the pop-up, you will still have the opportunity to participate in the promotion the next time you open an eligible slot. If you choose 'No Thanks' and 'Don't show this again' on the pop-up, you will not be given the option to participate in the promotion again.

To be eligible to win a prize, the Mystery Parcel must open while in the player's possession. Possession of the Mystery Parcel will be transferred to an eligible player who is actively playing on any of the eligible slots. Actively playing for the purpose of this promotion is defined as playing a minimum of one spin every 30 seconds.

If the Mystery Parcel does not open while in the player’s possession and reveal a prize, the Mystery Parcel will then be transferred to another player at the end of the possession period.

There is no limit to the number of times the same player may receive a Mystery Parcel, or to the number of prizes a player may win from those available. You will be given the opportunity to Accept or Decline your reward after you select the in-game pop up to reveal the prize.

Eligible slots for both the staking requirement and using Spins are as follows: Adventure Trail, Diamond Match, Fluffy Favourites: Collect 'Em, Joker Rush and Silent Samurai: Mega Collect 'Em.

You must have joined the promotion by 23:55 GMT during the promotional period. If you have not joined by this time, you will not qualify for the promotion.

This offer is only available to new and eligible customers. You can see a full list of your available offers by logging in and selecting the Offers section. bet365 maintains a record of customer contact in relation to eligibility for offers and this record, including the date and time of any restrictions being imposed, will be final in the event of any dispute.

Spins must be accepted within 72 hours. Any unused Spins will be removed along with any winnings accrued within 72 hours of claiming. To accept your Spins you must be in game or log in to your account, open any eligible slot and select Accept.

Cash prizes will be credited to your account within 72 hours of the promotional period ending and you will have seven days in which to accept. To accept your cash prize you must log in to your account, open an eligible slot and click Accept.

Not all games are guaranteed to be available during the promotional period and selected eligible games might only be visible to customers who are logged in and whose accounts are verified.

The maximum value of each Spin is $0.40 per spin.

There is no wagering requirement attached to the Spins or cash prizes and any winnings accrued can be withdrawn at your discretion.
