Significant Offer Terms and Conditions
- The promotion runs from 12:00 AM ET February 13, until 11:59 PM ET on February 17, 2025.
- In order to participate you must opt in once. You must stake a minimum of $10 in cash on an eligible game to earn one ticket to the prize draw. You will then earn one additional ticket for every further $10 staked on eligible games, up to a maximum of 200 tickets. You will earn two tickets to the prize draw for every $10 staked on Twin Happiness and Turn Your Fortune.
- Eligible games for the staking requirement are: Cornelius, Divine Fortune, Finn and the Candy Spin, Finn and the Swirly Spin, Fruit Shop Megaways, Jumanji, Parthenon: Quest for Immortality, Starbust, Turn Your Fortune, and Twin Happiness.
- You can win a maximum of one cash prize in the prize draw. Any prizes not won in the prize draw will be reallocated among qualifying players. For a breakdown of prizes available, please see the prize-pool table above.
- All prizes will be credited within 72 hours of the promotional period ending. All prizes will be credited as cash and you will have seven days to accept. You can accept your cash prize via the pop-up message or through the “My Offers” section.

Claiming

- Not all games are guaranteed to be available during the promotional period and selected eligible games might only be visible to customers who are logged in and whose accounts are verified.
- Cash prizes may be transferred or withdrawn at your discretion, with no wagering required.
General Information
- These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with our General Terms and Conditions.
- Where any term of the offer is breached or there is evidence of a series of wagers placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 may reclaim the bonus or enhanced payment element of such offer, void any wager funded through the offer and/or remove any winnings from such wager. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, bet365 may levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the bonus or enhanced payment towards the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against that activity.
- In an attempt to combat fraudulent activity, bet365 has introduced methods to detect and prevent abuse of this offer. bet365 may ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation and/or verification steps for it, acting reasonably, to be satisfied as to the customer's identity prior to crediting any offer, bonus funds and/or winnings to their account.
- All customer offers are limited to one per person. If bet365 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bonus or offer is being claimed by or for the benefit of the same person more than once or by a group of people then it may withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to that customer or group of customers and/or void any wager funded by the bonus and remove any winnings from such wager.
- bet365 may reclaim any bonus amount that has been awarded in error.
- bet365 may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typos or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.
- Employees, officers and directors of bet365, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
